Most AI consulting is junior people billing senior rates. We're the inverse. Small team, senior throughout, product-minded — and we'll tell you when the work isn't worth doing.

Every engagement is led by people who have built production systems at scale before. No junior bait-and-switch. You meet the engineers in the first call and the engineers stay on the work until it ships.

We design for the user the system is supposed to serve, not the ticket queue. If the spec is wrong, we say so before we start. If a feature won't work, we don't build it just to be billable.
